Terms of Service
Last updated 12 August 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of BulkAdKit, operated by BulkAdKit. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
What the service does
BulkAdKit lets you upload creative files, organise them into ads, and publish those ads to Meta ad accounts you control. We act on your instructions; the campaigns, budgets, and ad copy are yours.
Your account
- You must give an accurate email address and keep access to it secure — anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by teammates you invite.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
Connecting Meta
To publish ads you connect a Meta account and grant us permission to manage ads on your behalf. You must have the right to advertise on the ad accounts and Pages you connect. Your use of Meta remains governed by Meta's own terms and advertising policies, and we cannot publish anything Meta refuses. You can revoke our access at any time from Settings → Connections or from your Facebook settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload creative you do not have the rights to, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property.
- Use the service to publish content that breaches Meta's advertising policies or applicable law.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access other customers' data, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
- Resell or provide the service to third parties except as an agency acting for clients whose ad accounts you are authorised to manage.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to store, process, and transmit your creative and ad copy to Meta in order to publish the ads you configured.
Ad spend
BulkAdKit does not handle payment for advertising. All ad spend is billed by Meta directly against your ad account, under your own payment arrangement with Meta. You are responsible for reviewing budgets and schedules before activating an ad. Ads are created paused by default unless you choose otherwise.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Meta's API imposes rate limits and can change or fail without notice, which may delay or block a launch. We may add, change, or remove features.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or ad spend. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time — see Data Deletion. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
