Deleting your data

Last updated 12 August 2026

Disconnect Meta (fastest)

Signing in and going to Settings → Connections → Disconnect revokes our access at Meta and immediately deletes the stored access token, your synced ad accounts, and the cached copy of your campaigns, ad sets, and ads.

Remove the app from Facebook

You can also revoke access from Facebook directly: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select BulkAdKit, and remove it. Facebook notifies us, and we delete the access token we held for you as soon as that notification arrives.

Delete everything

To have your entire account erased — workspace, uploaded creative, presets, launch history, and all Meta-derived data — email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my data". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your Meta access token and the record of your Meta connection.
  • Your synced ad accounts and the cached campaigns, ad sets, and ads read from them.
  • The launch records describing what was published on your behalf.
  • On a full account deletion: your account, workspace, uploaded creative files, presets, and settings.

Ads, campaigns, and media already created inside your own Meta ad account are not deleted by any of this — they belong to your ad account and can only be removed in Meta Ads Manager.

Checking a request

A deletion request initiated through Facebook returns a confirmation code and a status URL of the form https://bulkadkit.com/data-deletion/status/<code>. Open it at any time to see the state of that request.
