Do I have to keep the tab open while it launches?
Only until your files have uploaded. Once you click Create, the launch runs on our servers, so you can close the tab or shut your laptop. The Launches page shows where it got to.
Does it work for Instagram as well as Facebook?
Yes. Ads are created in your Meta ad account and run wherever the ad set's placements allow. You choose the Facebook Page and the Instagram account they publish as.
Will anything start spending?
Not unless you turn that off. Ads are created paused by default, so you can check them in Ads Manager first.
What if Meta rejects an ad?
Only that ad fails. The launch groups errors by cause with a suggested fix, and you can retry the failed ads, retry one under a different Page, or roll back everything the launch created.
Do you see my Facebook password?
No. You log in on Meta's own screen and approve ad and Page access only. The token is encrypted at rest, and disconnecting revokes it at Meta.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite teammates to a shared workspace as owners, admins or members. Presets and the media library are shared across the workspace.
